Presentation interface When a Presentation is open in the selected Tab Page the Publish Menu contains one Sub Menu - Presentation (Not accessible in the Trial Version). The Publish Presentation builds the presentation for distribution or when presenting to an audience. A Process bar is shown while the presentation is being published. When the process is successfully completed a page is displayed giving information on the size of the presentation. |

Web interface When a Website is open in the selected Tab Page the Publish Menu contains to Sub Menus - Website and Additional Files. Always use Publish Website when a change is made to carry through the changes. Do not mistake Publish Website with Upload Website (Under the Tools Menu) that will actual upload the Published Website to the Host Server of your choice. The Additional Files is for publishing any content not added to the websites menu. |
